Payment Options
- All payments to Rare Diamond Investor (RDI) may be made by:
- Wire Transfer is the preferred method of payment in this industry. Your diamond advisor will provide you our wiring instructions.
- We accept payments made through: Wire Transfers, Money Orders, Bank Drafts, or Checks.
Warranties
All diamonds, and gemstones sold by Rare Diamond Investor (RDI) are authentic untreated natural color (unless specified) and of a consistently high quality and value. Independent laboratory certificates are obtainable on request for all diamonds and gemstones.
Rare Diamond Investor (RDI) will accept the return of undamaged merchandise for a full refund within 14 days of receiving in its original condition. Refunds will be reimbursed in the original form of payment by wire transfer or check. Original shipping costs will be deducted from all refunds.
Diamonds and gemstones are inspected upon receipt and are subject to being re-evaluated by a reputable gemological laboratory (14 to 21 days) prior to any refunds, exchanges, or credits being made. Merchandise that does not match product data in our records will be returned or refused.
After returning merchandise please notify us directly of the tracking number and date. Please insure the merchandise against loss in transit, and prepay freight and handling charges. Rare Diamond Investor (RDI) is not responsible for any diamond or gemstone that is not actually received or that is not returned in accordance with these terms.
Conflict of terms
If there is a conflict or contradiction between the provisions of these website terms and conditions and any other relevant terms and conditions, policies or notices, the other relevant terms and conditions, policies or notices which relate specifically to a particular section or module of the website shall prevail in respect of your use of the relevant section or module of the website..
Applicable laws (choice of venue and forum)
Use of this website shall in all respects be governed by the laws in the Province of Quebec, Canada, regardless of the laws that might be applicable under principles of conflicts of law. The parties agree that the Quebec courts located in Montreal, Quebec, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all controversies arising under this agreement and agree that venue is proper in those courts.
